At Cubana, we believe in value and quality - our juicy, fresh, tropical cocktails start at just £3.95 - or two for £5.95 at Happy Hour. At a time when you hear a lot about price rises, we have also held the cost of our lush Mojitos and many of our other cocktails But we still prepare all of our cocktails and smoothies with fresh fruits and juices. We blend fresh mango, passion fruit, guava, pineapple, strawberries and citrus juices with the very best Cuban rum - along with top tequilas from Mexico, Polish vodka and Brazilian cachaca. We use organic raw cane sugar from Cuba - and of course we only serve the tastiest Cuban mountain coffee We also only use free-range chicken, eggs and pork from British farms - as we always have done - along with organic chorizo sourced from one family farm in Avila Our Latin chefs use these quality ingredients to prepare delicious and healthy traditional Cuban Creole dishes as well as a fresh Latin grill. We also buy fresh fish, top quality white Devon crabmeat and the very best, melt-in-the-mouth sirloin steaks from Donald Russell of Inverurie We make all of our own salsas and hot chilli sauce - our special marinade for char-grilled dishes includes fresh guava, chillies, ginger, honey and lime juice Our food is healthy, free-range, freshly-prepared - and priced reasonably. Cubana's tapas starts at £3.45 We can offer you quality and value by importing our rum, coffee and raw organic cane sugar direct from Cuba. And because we have been buying our free-range chicken, pork, eggs and beef from the same suppliers for many years - and we buy in large volumes - we manage to keep our costs down to pass on to you Come in for a drink, some tapas or a full meal - as well as our famous cocktails, we offer a selection of Latin and Iberian wines, Cuban beers and Budvar on draft We also cater for parties from small to large - and we can offer outside catering and Cuban cocktail bars plus Salsa music and dance for your party or event And don't forget we have live Salsa and Latin music from 10.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and to 3.00am on Fridays and Saturdays - we look forward to welcoming you!
