We prepare all of our dishes in-house using only free-range chicken, pork and eggs, Marine Stewardship Council certified wild fish and prime 100% British beef – along with organic single-origin chorizo from Spain. Our menu includes traditional, slow-cooked Cuban dishes alongside tapas, Latin American specialities and Cuban barbacoa dishes from our robata grill. We also bake all of our own breads and pastries at our artisan bakery at Smithfield – we even make our own fresh gelato with original flavours including Chocolate Salted Caramel and Fresh Mango + Passion Fruit  – loads of yummy vegetarian and vegan choices and come and try our legendary Street Food too!
